Hey, I’m Marijn!

Currently I am a third-year student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Multimedia Design at NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences, situated in the historic city of Leeuwarden, the Netherlands. Originating from the Netherlands, I not only embrace the rich heritage of my country but also possess a fluency in English, attaining a C2 level on the EF SET, this enables me to engage with a global audience effectively.

My venture into the creative domain was sparked in 2016 by a keen interest in video editing. This pursuit led to the establishment of a YouTube channel where, for four years, I shared my evolving journey in digital storytelling. My exploration did not halt at video production; it was merely a gateway into the expansive field of graphic design. Here, as a student, I have been dedicating my efforts to enhance my skills and develop my unique visual voice.

While my academic journey is at its core, I also dedicate time to personal interests that shape my creative outlook. Regular visits to the gym, playing piano and gaming with friends are among the activities that contribute to my well-rounded life experience.
