ART LIKE HOME
For this project, I played a key role in bringing to life a documentary that captures the essence of artists who have experienced homelessness. Originally envisioned as a series of seven short documentary videos, the project evolved into a singular, comprehensive film that presents these life stories through the artists' own lens.
My responsibilities encompassed project management, conducting in-depth interviews, and shaping the documentary through precise editing. With a strong focus on sensitivity and authenticity, I helped design a narrative framework structured around three core themes: Homelessness, Art, and Family. This approach allowed us to highlight personal experiences beyond the label of "homelessness," emphasizing the role of artistic expression and the impact of familial connections.
By crafting an environment where participants could share their journeys openly and without judgment, I contributed to a documentary that not only informs but also resonates deeply with its audience.
