About the documentary
For this project we embarked on an ambitious journey to capture the essence of artists who have faced homelessness, with the goal of presenting their life stories through their own lens. Originally envisioned as a series of seven short documentary videos, our project underwent a transformative shift, culminating in the creation of a singular, comprehensive documentary.

The challenge
Our primary goal was to illuminate the individual stories behind the label "homeless," aiming to conduct interviews that reveal the experiences of the artists in a respectful and non-judgmental light.
The solution
We crafted our approach with sensitivity and intent, designing questions that delve into the artists' journeys without prejudice. Our documentary narrative is structured into three distinct chapters: "Homelessness," "Art," and "Family". This structure allowed us to explore the depth of the artists' experiences, their relationship with art as a form of expression, and the impact of familial connections.
